BIOGRAFÍA ESPAÑOL
Banda independiente de rock alternativo formada a finales del 2001 en Quito – Ecuador.
Graban su primer demo “Asma” en 2003, el cual tuvo gran acogida en radios locales, llegando a ser nombrados Banda Revelación del año.
En 2004 son reconocidos como una de las 21 mejores bandas independientes.
En Abril del 2006 lanzan su primer álbum “Radiestesia”, logrando llamar la atención tanto del público como de los medios, siendo nombrados “Banda Promesa 2006” del Ecuador.
Alicia se tiró por el parabrisas ha participando en los más grandes e importantes eventos y festivales como Quito Fest, Fete de la Musique, entre otros. La banda ha compartido escenario con las mejores propuestas locales y extranjeras como Mamá Vudú, Can Can, Sudakaya, Siq, Cacería de Lagartos, Chuck Norris (Venezuela), La Caution (Francia), Todos tus Muertos (Argentina) entre otros.
A inicios de 2007 son premiados en la categoría Mejor Banda Alternativa del Año en los premios MBN Ecuador; al mismo tiempo son premiados como Mejor Banda del Año en La Metro Estación, la radio rock más escuchada del Ecuador.
En febrero de 2008 Alicia se tiró por el parabrisas graba su nuevo álbum “Radio Espectro” en Graba Estudio, bajo la producción de ZETHA (cortesía EMI Music). El álbum saldrá a la venta a finales de este año.
Alicia se tiró por el parabrisas está conformada por Alex Vor (voz principal y guitarra), Daniel Heredia (guitarra y voz), David Vor (bajo) y José Vergara (batería).
Alicia STXP, is an independent alternative band formed at the end of 2001 in Quito – Ecuador, Alicia’s music style is “alternative and post grunge rock”

In 2004 they are recognized as one of the 21 best independent bands in Ecuador. At the end of 2005 they begin to record his first album “ RADIESTESIA”, which was released in April 2006, and with it they had a big success among the audience and the media, because of this they are nominated as Best New Artist 2006 in Ecuador..
They’ve been part of the biggest and important musical events in Ecuador, sharing stage with the best bands of the country and different international artist such as: Chuck Norris (Venezuela), La Caution (France), Todos tus muertos (Argentina) among others..
In January 2007 they won the Best Alternative Band award in the MBN awards, and one of the most important radio stations of Ecuador (LA METRO) gave them the award of Best Band of the Year..
Alicia STXP is: Alex Vor (Lead vocals and guitar), Daniel Heredia (guitar and vocals), David Vor (Bass) and Jose Vergara (Drums)..
With their first CD, “Alicia STXP” defined their selves as a band that sings to the spontaneous feelings, to the everyday living and to the oddness of the inter human, surrounded by a mystical, esoteric and spiritual ambience. The different influences experienced by the members of the band, allow them to create strong, melancholy and deep sounds.
